Alfred Rushaj brings to Frost & Fire Consulting a vast experience in the fields of energy law, tax law as well as governmental relations deriving from his experience as Deputy Minister of Finance from 2009 to 2013 and legal advisor to the Minister of Economy, Trade and Energy from 2005 to 2009. From 1997 to 2005 he held several legal, managerial and executive positions with the Albanian Power Corporation (KESH sh.a.).  Additionally, Mr. Rushaj has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of OSSH sh.a. (the Albanian Power Distribution and Supply Company), member of the Board of Directors of OST sh.a. (the Albanian Transmission System Operator), member of the Supervisory Board of Albtelecom (the Albanian National Telecommunications Company), member of the Supervisory Board of Albpetrol (the Albanian Petroleum Company), Chairman of Supervisory Board of INSIG sh.a. (Albanian Insurance Company), Chairman of Supervisory Board of INSIG Macedonia (Albanian Insurance Company operating in Macedonia), and member of the Board of Directors of the National Natural Resources Agency. He has also taught Public Law as adjunct faculty from 1999 to 2004 at the University of Tirana.
