Career

A US trained and licensed lawyer and negotiator, Reshard Kellici brings to Frost & Fire Consulting a great deal of expertise in international project finance and development. Throughout his practice, Mr. Kellici has worked and continues to work with some of the most respectable energy clients and lawyers, and represented some of the largest developers in the world, helping them finance and develop diverse portfolios of energy and infrastructure projects, with a special focus on renewable energy.  Additionally, he represented a variety of clients in the development and financing of natural gas pipelines and natural gas-fired generation projects across the United States.  Representative clients during his practice with the global law firm Hogan Lovells and with Frost & Fire Consulting include General Electric, SunEdison, SolarCity, Tradewind Energy, Enel, Dominion Energy, Covanta Energy, Constellation Energy Group, Ecosystem Investment Partners, ContourGlobal, Venture Global LNG, EDP Renewables, UGI Corporation, Fulcrum Energy, Credit Suisse, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Energy Development Group, Albgaz Sh.A., Gener 2, Amadeus Group and a number of governmental agencies and institutions, both in Albania and in the US. While negotiating complex agreements and helping clients bring innovative technologies to market, Mr. Kellici has also participated in billions of dollars of mergers and acquisitions transactions across a variety of sectors in a number of countries.

During law school, Mr. Kellici served as an editor for both the Maryland Law Review and the Maryland Business Law Developments journal. He also served as a teaching fellow for the Maryland Law Academic Achievement Program and participated in numerous Baltimore City mentoring programs intended to provide underprivileged students with access and support in post-secondary education. Currently, Mr. Kellici invests a great deal of his passion in mentoring startups, serving in boards of non-profit organizations and in helping Albanian students prepare for professional life after graduation. Mr. Kellici is admitted to practice in Maryland and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
