Mr. Nuri is an Associate with Frost & Fire Consulting.  Mr. Nuri has spent most of his adult life in France and has invested considerably in his legal education while there in the academia and beyond.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Nuri worked as a Legal Counsel at Erytech Pharma, a French company specialized in the field of biotechnology and orphan drugs.  Mr. Nuri has also worked as at “Maison de l’Europe de Lyon”, a non-profit organization based in Lyon, France.  In addition, he has been involved with “Service des Traducteurs d’Urgence”, a French NGO created to provide legal consultations and legal interpretation. 

Mr. Nuri areas of practice and interest include Public Procurement legislation, Concessions & PPP, Construction and Real Estate, Energy, Oil and Gas, Public and Administrative Law, Intellectual Property Law, Environment Law, European Union Law and Litigation.  He has been involved in several projects with national or international institutions in charge of the protection of the environment, such as the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, with the aim to approximate and improve the Albanian legislation with European Union Acquis.
