A New York lawyer and member of the New York City Bar Association, after working for almost a decade with the best of corporate America while at the premier law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and upon his return to Albania, Mr. Spahia founded Frost & Fire Consulting to build the most trusted and respected legal and business services firm in Albania and the wider region, recognized by clients for delivering excellence, by competitors as the standard setter and by aspiring young professionals as the best place to develop their talents.
Educated and trained as a generalist, Mr. Spahia doesn’t hold himself to be an expert at any particular field other than asking the right questions, digging hard to find the answers, and providing the optimal legal solutions. He has assisted Albanian and international clients with (i) acquisitions, dispositions or investments; (ii) underwriting securities; (iii) strategic acquisitions and investments including real estate; (iv) setting up credit facilities; (v) various cross-border transactions; or (vi) corporate governance best practices.
During his life Mr. Spahia has had various learning opportunities in business, law, and business law (as well as sports, music and archaeology), which shape his approach to offering all around practical advice to clients.
