Adv. Uri Mandel has extensive experience in representing concessionaires and lenders in large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. Adv. Mandel has led the financial closings of some of Israel’s most prominent and significant transactions, inter alia, the financing and construction of Israel’s first pumped-storage power plant in the Gilboa and the financing of the northern section of the Cross Israel Highway.
