Ayman is an Egyptian national Legal Consultant, he has obtained his LL.B from Mansoura University Egypt and currently seeking his LL.M in International Commercial Law from the University of Birmingham.

At Hamdan Al Shamsi Lawyers & Legal Consultants Ayman is a Legal Consultant at the litigation department, responsible for meeting clients and advise them relating to their potential or ongoing cases in several areas of practice such as corporate, commercial, intellectual property, employment disputes, constructions, real estate and civil cases in addition to handling white collar crimes, criminal , banking & finance, bankruptcy and restructuring.

As a litigation specialist, Ayman is managing the cases and drafts memoranda for the Dubai Court in addition to providing clients with legal opinions on their matters.

Prior to joining Hamdan Al Shamsi Lawyers & Legal Consultants, Ayman has worked for many reputable law firms in Dubai such as Horizons & Co and Emirates Advocates.
