Formerly being the legal counsel at one of the Turkey’s leading asset management company. She was leading the banking finance practice of the firm and has a wide range of transactional and advisory experience covering banking and financial markets. She has done outstanding number of finance deals including project finance, acquisition finance, structured finance and restructurings. With 14 years of legal experience, she has specialized on the collection of overdue receivables, financial restructuring, concordat and bankruptcy suspension processes in the banking sector. Furthermore, she has an expertise in enforcement law and commercial law. She has been working as managing associate for the firm since January 2022.
