Furthermore, he often participates in conferences on Litigation and Arbitration Law organized by the Fundación de Investigación Derecho y Empresa in Madrid.

Andersen Tax & Legal is experienced in international arbitration and multi-jurisdictional litigation, as well as cross-border insolvency proceedings and corporate compliance matters. Iñigo Rodriguez-Sastre, who is a specialist in corporate law and litigation, leads the team with Benjamin Prieto. In recent work, the firm defended Zeta Group in litigation related to the payment of royalties for a broadcast advertising contract and successfully represented Redexis Gas in a dispute arising out of the gas supply of one of the major urban developments in Spain. Other key clients include Suzuki and the French government.
