José Ignacio was previously a worked at Despacho Estudio Jurídico Almagro as a Partner since 1985 to 2005 when he joined Olleros Abogados.

He is a specialist in corporate distribution, franchise and agency contracts on a domestic and international level. He provides specialist corporate legal advice on the acquisition and sale of shareholdings in these sectors, thus undertaking due diligences, preparing the Sale Prospectus, as well as formalizing merger and acquisitions transactions. Furthermore, he provides employment law advice related to corporate, employment and tax issues concerning Senior Executive Directors.

He is Secretary of the Board of Directors of Companies in the retail and pharmaceutical sector and he has knowledge in regulatory issues and compliance in the pharmaceutical sector.
