Her experience includes: corporate direct and indirect real estate operations and their financing such as acquisitions and sales, due diligence, planning questions, sale and lease, leases, ownership structures, building and appropriation rights, concessions and rights of use, building contracts of all types, international and domestic bidding procedures, financial structures and real estate loan security, assistance to real estate funds, national and international asset portfolio tendering operations, and arbitration in construction matters.
