José Luis Aguilar has over 17 years of experience and is the Head of the Public and Regulatory Law department and the Real Estate department in Barcelona.
José Luis regularly advises enterprises and public administrations, in matters such as administrative and urban planning law, public procurement, infrastructure, authorization and licenses, the asset liability of public administrations and all kinds of sanctioning procedures.
He frequently advises enterprises in real estate projects and international groups investing assets in Spain. The process ranges from the integration of more efficient target-focused companies to the property acquisition, renovation and subsequent sale or lease.
José Luis is involved in urban development transformation projects at all stages, from planning to urban development management. He has held office as secretary on allotment boards and has advised cooperative associations. He has also successfully executed many defragmentation projects, advising property owners in different situations on the allotment board.
José Luis regularly participates in implantation projects in the tourist sector and provides advice on the most suitable business model. He obtains the necessary tourist licenses and authorizations to carry them out.
José Luis provides procedural advice to entities and companies in contentious-administrative proceedings throughout the entire process.
