Career

Luis Cortezo worked for 14 years in the Garrigues Litigation and Arbitration department.

He specializes in the technical management of all types of commercial and civil litigation, including legal proceedings in corporate matters (contesting corporate resolutions, liability of directors and compliance with shareholder agreements), litigation in the field of construction and real estate law, in matters of obligations and contracts, unfair competition, etc. He also has extensive experience in procedures for the enforcement of judicial and extrajudicial titles, including processes for the recognition and enforcement of foreign titles in Spain.

His career is also linked to the world of arbitration. He has extensive experience in both national and international arbitrations, administered by the main arbitration courts.
