Patricia Motilla worked at Olleros Abogados, Jausas, Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and KPMG.

She specialises in advising clients on investment banking, mainly related to family business operations. assets and corporate restructuring, and institutional advice of financial entities, heading some merging processes (SIP’s) of savings banks.

Patricia has extensive experience in internationalization of companies, mainly real estate and special transactions of financial entities, in particular sale and lease back transactions.

Patricia also specializes as advisor of film industry, theatre and live shows, in which she has participated in the structuring of financial products and tax savings, with a particular focus on the regulatory environment in the sector, with extensive expertise in foreign shoots, as Europe, the US and Bollywood.
