CORPORATE AND COMMERCIAL
The Corporate team advises on all areas of corporate and commercial law, including all aspects of corporate structuring, financing and governance (and relevant agreements) as well as all types of commercial agreements, initiatives, and alliances.

M&A
Identifying, managing, and executing cost optimization initiatives that protect and drive deal value, the M&A team assists in all stages of complex transactions. It focuses on corporate consultancy, M&A, private equity, outsourcing projects (IT and BPO), and related spin-off operations, business unit transfers, as well as corporate finance and tax optimization. It has particular expertise in cross-border transactions and reorganizations.

TRANSFER PRICING
The dedicated team assists clients in managing the risks associated with Transfer Pricing in an ever-changing regulatory environment, ensuring that the TP policies are compliant at a local level.

BUSINESS INCENTIVES & TAX CREDIT
Constantly keeping up to speed with regulatory aspects and appropriately managing and selecting information, the team assists clients in promptly identifying the best opportunities and mapping out a practical course of action to secure access to benefits. Services include a preliminary analysis of the applicability of incentives, consultancy, and support in relation to requests for incentives and in selecting related forms of financing, preparing tax returns, and answering technical questions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The team provides legal assistance and strategic advice in intellectual property rights, mainly in trademarks, designs, advertising, and know-how protection. It has considerable experience in dispute resolution, both before Italian and EU authorities and out-of-court. It has also developed outstanding expertise in copyright and art law, assisting artists, museums, galleries, and collectors in the acquisition and management of copyright and on the protection of creative works.

INTERNATIONAL TAX
The team provides tailor-made, cross-border tax solutions and planning advice, often involving complex and sensitive issues. It has significant experience in planning advanced tax agreements and mutual agreement procedures involving competing jurisdictions.

PRIVATE CLIENT
The firm also supports private clients, combining traditional tax planning with alternative solutions, in managing their assets and interests both in Italy and abroad. The Private Client team implements tax planning strategies designed to achieve long-term family objectives (e.g. wealth creation, asset protection, and retirement).
