Burak Özdağıstanli has over 10 years of experience advising multinational and Turkish clients in information technology, telecommunications, privacy, IP and regulatory fields.
He has a particular focus on privacy and technology transactions. Burak represents multinational clients in Turkey for regulatory
and ICT matters before all levels of courts and local administration. He also represents technology outsourcing
companies in state tenders and private tenders, drafts and negotiates complex IT agreements.
Burak also provides legal advice to healthcare, pharmaceutical and medical device companies with regard to privacy and smart technologies.
He has experience in a wide range of intellectual property related matters including software piracy matters, trademark litigation and media broadcast rights.
He also holds CIPP/E, CIPM and FIP certificates.
