• Has advised and represented clients on a wide range of commercial and corporate law matters, including recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments, shareholders’ disputes and jurisdiction matters.
• Involved in high profile cross-border commercial cases concerning complex legal issues, including interim orders.
• Advised and represented clients in complex administrative law cases.
• Advised multinational companies on regulatory matters.
