Daphne is an associate in our litigation department who focuses on commercial and corporate disputes.

Daphne’s experience is as follows:

• Advising and representing clients on commercial, contract and tort law cases, including shareholders’ disputes, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and jurisdiction matters.
• Representing and advising clients in forex disputes.
• Involved in large, complex cross-border cases concerning interim-injunctions, company disputes, trusts and white-collar litigation.
• Represented clients in applications for the issuance of European Payment Orders before Cyprus Courts.

English, Greek, Italian and Spanish.

Education

Graduated in law from the University of Reading, UK in 2016
