Career

Co-founder of TALIENS France, Clara advises clients in protecting, exploiting and enforcing their creations and innovations, trade dress and know-how for media and entertainment companies, major brand owners and designers and manufacturers of luxury goods.

Her practice combines IP litigation – primarily for copyright matters, product design and trademark infringements -, with transactional and advisory work, covering notably production related agreements, content and IPR licensing and development and R&D arrangements. She has been described as ‘commercially astute and taking into account the bigger picture” in the Legal500 Guide.

Prior to co-founding TALIENS, Clara was a partner at Olswang Paris, which she had joined in 2012 from the IP practice of Clifford Chance Paris.

Member of the Paris Bar since 2003, Clara holds a master degree (DESS) in Intellectual Property Law and a master degree (DEA) in Communication and Media Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas. She also has Diploma in legal studies from the University of Oxford.

Clara is a member of the Board of APRAM (Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles) and member of LES (Licensing Executives Society).
