Nihat Erciyas, the managing partner of Erciyas Law Office and is a specialist in the fields of technology, finance and commercial litigation.

Career

Mr.Erciyas completed his Master’s degree on EU and International Economics Law in Ludwig-Maximillians University. After completing his Master’s degree, Nihat returned to Turkey and worked at TUBITAK for a short time between 2005–2006, and he has been working in this family firm, Erciyas Law Firm, since 2007. Aside from his experiences in the field, he is persuing his doctoral education at Istanbul University, in Private Law – uniting his experience with academic knowledge.
As a lawyer who has years of experience both in Turkey and abroad, Nihat also deals with legal matters of retail sector. Currently, he is also a board member of the Chain Stores Association (KMD). He has been in German Embassy’s honorable list of “most thrustworthy German-speaking lawyers in Ankara”.
