Position

Christina McColllum is a partner at Antoniou McCollum & Co. and advises the firm's clients on commercial, corporate and transactional matters.

Christina specialises on complex commercial transactions, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures in a wide range of industries, including banking, technology, retail and private equity.

Christina also advises clients on asset and project finance, acquisition finance, reorganisations, franchising and distribution arrangements and collateral security issues.

Career

Christina McCollum is a practicing Solicitor of England and Wales, as well as being a practicing Advocate under the Cyprus Bar.

Prior to partnership at Antoniou McCollum & Co. Christina trained and worked as a Solicitor with CMS Cameron McKenna in London.  She also held associate positions in the law practices of two 'Big4' firms.
