Marwa Emara has over twenty (20) years of experience in handling Litigation cases before Egyptian Courts, handling and practicing many legal issues related to corporate litigation, court procedures, litigation’s management, contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, labor matters, Corporate immigrations, trademark and patent licensing, skilled mediator & Real-Estate strong attorney.

Marwa is a highly effective at developing creative case strategies and writing persuasive briefs, confident leverages excellent argumentation techniques and well organized, well versed in trial, preparations, research negotiate and drafting legal documentation in a way which provides the highest quality of service to all clients. Marwa has the ability to communicate in a professional manner to solving legal issues & advising as an expert on new areas of law.

Emara is also dealing with clients’ queries, legal correspondence and opinions in three languages, Arabic, English and French in compliance, corporate and regulatory matters. Providing guidance, support and training to junior and other staff as required on legal and general admin duties.

Before founding Soliman, Hashish & Partners, Emara was a Senior Associate at one of the largest law firms in Egypt for nine (9) years, advised over 500 clients on her areas of practice including, inter alia, starting up and operation of their business in Egypt.

Due to her active practice and achievements in the field of Family Law, Emara was appointed as an expert in Islamic Shari’ah & Egyptian Civil Law at the Massachusetts Court, USA in divorce cases depositions in 2013.

Individually, Emara assisted/and continue to assist a large number of NGOs such as the World Bank, IFC, since 2011 up to date. Emara has been recognized and Contributed to the annual publishing Doing & Women Business’ Law Reports of the (WB) since 2011 up to date.
