Benjamin Marchandise joined the firm in September 2018, after having worked as a lawyer at VWEW Lawyers (Head of Litigation) for seven years. He previously worked in the litigation department of the Brussels office of NautaDutilh.

An experienced litigator, Benjamin focuses primarily on domestic and international dispute resolution and arbitration. His broad expertise includes insolvency and commercial law dispute resolution.

Benjamin has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate law. He regularly assists companies in reorganizations, acquisitions and other transactions and provides advice on all kinds of corporate law issues.
