Career
Marcel Windt started his career at the lawfirm Houthoff in 1991, was promoted partner there in 2000, and co founded years later in 2016 the firm Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh, an all round corporate law boutique. Marcel usually acts as an advisor or trustee, supervisor or expert in financially distressed or difficult situations, with an orientation on solutions.
Memberships
Marcel is past president and honorary member of the Dutch chapter of the Turnaround Management Association, a former INSOLAD board member, a member of INSOL Europe and member of the Association of Comparative and International Law. In addition, Marcel is currently chairperson of SRF, the foundation that distributes the Global Steinhoff Settlement amounts.
