Career

As of 1 January 2018 Timme has been appointed partner at Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh. Timme started at Unilever and has been a lawyer since 2010. Timme specializes in intellectual property law, in particular European trade mark and design law, copyright and trade name law. Timme regularly reviews and lectures on topics relating to intellectual property law.

In addition, Timme has vast experience in drafting, negotiating and litigating various types of commercial contracts, e.g. general terms and conditions, distribution and license agreements and (international) sales contracts.

Memberships

Timme is a member of the Dispute resolution team of Marques and acts per December 2018 as a member of the management board of the association of Dutch attorneys specialized in IP matters (VIEPA).
