Amr primarily focuses on litigation and arbitration in civil, commercial and private law matters. He has over than 12 years of experience. He has advised and acted on behalf of major multi-national and national companies in wide variety of sophisticated disputes in both civil and commercial matters. Amr has attended numerous court hearings, expert discussions and prosecution investigations in relation to a wide variety of disputes including very complex cross-border cases. Additionally, Amr has represented clients in complex liability cases (contractual liability and breach of contract), as well as labour cases, competition cases, cyber fraud cases and white collars crimes.
