Career

A Partner with Almain, Rita Eid has been practicing in all the fields of economic law for over 12 years, including 7 years in the European and Competition Law department of Gide Loyrette Nouel.

Rita’s expertise covers all areas of economic law, with a particular focus on competition law. She advises on cartels and abuse of dominant positions in front of French and European competition jurisdictions and authorities. She also assists clients with merger filings with the French Competition Authority and the European Commission.

Rita also acts for clients in commercial litigation (unfair competition, termination of commercial relationship) as well as in matters related to distribution, commercial contracts, consumer protection and advertising.
