Career

Yianna is a holder of a classic studies bachelor degree from University of Athens, an inclusive education Master from University of Nicosia and an LLB from University of London. She is also member of the Cyprus Bar Association.

Yianna started her career in corporate in 2012 and after obtaining an LLB she received extensive legal training in one of the leading law firms in Cyprus.

She works at the Corporate Department of the Firm, and manages and administrates Cyprus and overseas companies. She is experienced in a range of corporate and commercial law matters including joint ventures, restructuring, reorganizations, mergers and liquidations. She is also involved in drafting and review of various agreements and legal opinions.

Yianna is fluent in Greek and English.
