Kedli Anvelt - TGS Baltic

Within: Dispute resolution

Headed by the 'widely known' Paul Varul, the team at TGS Baltic continues to be involved in high-profile disputes. Recent work includes advising several municipalities on the recent free public transport measures, including acting in disputes by commercial bus operators. Senior associate Kedli Anvelt has been active in many of the firm's major disputes, and her 'remarkable' knowledge of bankruptcy law makes her a name to note. Other key clients include the Port of Tallinn, which the group is representing in criminal and civil cases against its former directors, and state railway company Eesti Raudtee. Managing partner Martin Tamme is also recommended. Kristina Laarmaa is now with Advokaadibüroo KPMG Law.
