Among other projects, Vitali has represented Hiiu County Government in disputes over spatial plans for the construction of one of the largest off-shore wind farms in Europe (Hiiumaa Offshore Wind Farm). In addition, he has provided legal assistance in various civil law disputes and has prepared construction, sales and lease contracts. Vitali has also advised entrepreneurs in proceedings in the Estonian parliament and other public authorities.
