Position

Chirag Mody specialises in dispute resolution with a focus on civil and administrative court proceedings, bankruptcy law, cross-border disputes and arbitration. Chirag has extensive experience in advising clients in the resolution of various contractual, construction, planning, bankruptcy, trademark, insurance, energy, libel and public procurement proceedings. He has represented clients in major national and cross-border arbitration disputes. Over the years, Chirag has also advised in projects related to the electricity and natural gas fields.
