He has experience in the capital share, undertaking and asset due diligence, preparation for sale, preparation and implementation of reorganisation, purchase and sales transactions. He advises clients on the issues regarding investment projects, development of corporate tax and other risk management systems, as well as assessed the compliance of the processes (incl., operational and tax application) introduced by merchants with the requirements of regulatory enactments and best practice. Rūdolfs represents the clients also during the State Revenue Service (SRS) tax audits, provides assistance to the customers on contesting and appeal against the decisions of the SRS.
