The partners of Lagahvoll provides legal advice to lower income families and non-Icelandic citizens on immigration issues at a reduced rate (as part of a pro bono mandate).
There is a great need for legal assistance to applicants and individuals, including individuals who are placed in removal proceedings.
The project has been successful, with the Directorate of Immigration now nominating Lagahvoll´s partners as representatives of individuals that need legal advice on immigration issues
Furthermore, the partners of Lagahvoll, in addition to increasing the firm´s commitment to assisting lower income families, have been assisting with incorporation of new enterprises and other legal work.
