- Advised GREEN RIDERS group (PAT COM and MUJOO) for conciliation and subsequently ad hoc authorisation proceedings, and for receivership proceedings, which began in April 2023.
- Advised SECURISPACE group (SECURISPACE FRANCE ST, SECURISPACE FRANCE SIS and SECURISPACE GESTION) for preventive proceedings and subsequently insolvency proceedings intended to bring about an overall restructuring of the group.
