  • Advised GREEN RIDERS group (PAT COM and MUJOO) for conciliation and subsequently ad hoc authorisation proceedings, and for receivership proceedings, which began in April 2023.
  • Advised SECURISPACE group (SECURISPACE FRANCE ST, SECURISPACE FRANCE SIS and SECURISPACE GESTION) for preventive proceedings and subsequently insolvency proceedings intended to bring about an overall restructuring of the group.
  • Advised company PETIT PAN concerning the drafting of a safeguard plan in September 2020, and later with the launch of receivership proceedings in December 2022, with a view to carrying through the operational restructuring of the business and the adoption of a business continuity plan.
