  • Laurence Borrel-Prat began her career at Gide Loyrette Nouel in the economic law department where she acquired expertise in national and European competition law during ten years.
  • She became the legal director in France of the Spanish luxury group PUIG (Nina Ricci; Paco Rabanne; Carolina Herrera).
  •  In 2008, Laurence founded her own firm dedicated to competition and distribution issues.
  • In March 2019, she was appointed as a non-permanent member of the College of the French Competition Authority.
