Position

Natascha Tunkel is a Counsel at KNOETZL and applies over 10 years of experience in the field of complex dispute resolution in her practice. She acts as counsel and as arbitrator in disputes from a wide array of industries and is experienced in handling complex civil cases. Natascha also acts as counsel in mediations and – herself a qualified mediator – is notably adept at negotiating acclaimed settlement agreements.

In the past few years, Natascha broadened the focus of her practice and has effectively advised in a number of asset-tracing and white-collar crime cases. Natascha heads KNOETZL’s internal investigations team.

Career

Natascha has gained experience in both small specialized arbitration boutiques and the Dispute Resolution Department of a large international law firm with a focus on the CEE and SEE region. Natascha also has a strong academic background having been engaged as a lecturer and as research assistant at the Department of Civil Procedure at Law Faculty of the University of Vienna. She is currently involved in the Working Group of the IBA-VIAC-CDRC Mediation Moot Court and continues to both lecture and publish on pertinent issues of procedural law.
