Position

Patrizia Netal is a Partner at KNOETZL. Patrizia has extensive experience as counsel and arbitrator in institutional and ad-hoc arbitration proceedings (including the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Rules of Arbitration of the VIAC (Vienna Rules), the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS) and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules). A significant concentration of her practice is in international commercial arbitration, with construction and engineering, distribution and international sales disputes as areas of her particular experience. A specialisation of note is Patrizia’s expertise in the aviation sector.

Career

Before founding the firm in 2016, Patrizia Netal was a partner at a Viennese arbitration boutique and the head of the arbitration practice of a Viennese law firm.
Patrizia is a Director of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
