After being partner at his previous law firm for almost 9 years, Dr Augenstein and his partners decided in 2016 to split from the firm and to establish a high- quality IP litigation boutique law firm: Kather Augenstein Rechtsanwälte with Dr Augenstein as Managing Partner. Dr Augenstein and the team have been continuously working for all of their existing clients and have taken all previous mandates to the new firm and within the first-year various new mandates have been acquired.
Dr Augenstein’s advice, especially in extensive, technically complex patent infringement litigations, is valued by clients around the world.
