Career

From the early 1960s to the mid-1970s, Vincenzo De Luca gained his professional experience working for leading industrial associations in Lombardy, where he was witness to the first legislative innovations in the field of employment law and played a key role in the new trade union bargaining laws, after the stipulation of important, national level, collective bargaining agreements and the implementation of Act 300 of 1970 (Workers Statute).
