Alberto De Luca has been a partner of De Luca & Partners since 2006, specialised since 2000 in all aspects of employment law, trade union law, agency matters and related litigation.

Position

As partner at De Luca & Partners, Alberto is regularly involved – as expert for employment and labour related matters – in large reorganisations and M&A and private equity transactions.

Career

Before joining De Luca & Partners in 2006, Alberto worked first in the United Kingdom (at Biddle & Co – London, now Pinsents Masons) and between 2001 and 2006 in one of the Italian leading business firms (Gianni Origoni Grippo, at the time allied to Linklaters). He advises clients both in contentious and non-contentious environments, giving his assistance also in foreign jurisdictions.

Alberto De Luca is a regular contributor to seminars (Convenia, Certified Accountants Chamber) and the author of articles in specialist journals (Sole 24 Ore, Guida al Lavoro, Lavoro24 and Quotidiano Lavoro).

Languages

Italian is his mother tongue, but also due to his foreign experience and his regular assistance to multinational and foreign corporations, Alberto De Luca is also fluent in English.
