Hande Yılmaz is a senior associate mainly focuses on commercial law, corporate law, M&A, contracts law and real estate law. She is known for the comprehensive support and advice she regularly provides to both domestic and international clients in several areas but more specifically on commercial and corporate matters including establishment of Turkish subsidiaries and corporate restructuring.

She has been involved in various M&A transactions and advised Turkish and multinational corporations on both buy and sale sides in high-profile cross-border transactions in various sectors. Her experience combined with her strong legal expertise provides her the opportunity to negotiate a broad range of complex agreements, her vast catalogue involves; share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, asset purchase agreements, JV agreements and NDAs. She further conducted the due diligence processes, provided legal assistance for re-structuring of companies following M&A transactions.

With her precise approach towards our clients’ business objectives and her expert-level negotiation skills she brings to the table, Ms. Yılmaz has been providing top quality legal advice to both foreign and local clients. She is representing and assisting clients mainly active in real estate, project development and in retail sector and provides day-to-day advice on legal issues relating to business operations and transactions.
