Flavio assists multinational companies in their Italian and cross-border operations, advising on a wide range of issues of corporate law, commercial law and regulatory issues. He has been involved in important merger and acquisition projects, and has assisted clients in a number of international transactions in the fields of renewable energy and life sciences.
Flavio is also experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements of different kinds and has tackled complex matters involving delicate aspects of labor and insolvency law. Flavio has developed a strong sensitivity to compliance issues, fostered by his membership of compliance committees, especially within life sciences companies.
