Angelo provides assistance in relation to corporate transactions of an extraordinary nature, also in the ambit of bankruptcy (and similar) procedures and special administration, and in relation to banking and finance and debt restructuring. Angelo also deals with international and EU law, devoting himself to the preparation of opinions and contracts.
Since 2006, Angelo is a researcher in international law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Pavia, where he teaches International Law and European Information Law.
