Alessandro provides legal counseling. He has worked for around ten years in a leading Italian law firm, focusing on legal opinions and assistance in civil, contractual, corporate, financial, banking and environment law, also on domestic and international arbitrations. He is author of two books and around 50 papers covering different areas of Civil Law; he regularly lectures and speaks at academic and professional conferences.
Alessandro is Professor of Private law at the Catholic University of Milan; he teaches also Private law (Contract Law and Tort law) at the University of Pavia and the Bocconi University (especially in postgraduate courses) .
