Valentina’s expertise focuses on both banking and finance and corporate law matters.

Valentina started her career in a magic circle British law firm where she acquired significant expertise in loan transactions, also of a cross border nature, and debt restructuring. Afterwards, she dealt mainly with civil and commercial law. In particular, she advised companies and foreign corporations in M&A transactions (acquisition and disposal of shareholdings and businesses), corporate governance matters and civil and commercial agreements.
