Career

Zuberoa holds a Law Degree from the University of Deusto (Bilbao, 2000) and she has been practicing law since 2004 for various law firms specializing in national and international transport and in maritime law.
Professional experience obtained at Maritima Eurogulf (Marmedsa Group) as head of a maritime line and in two maritime law firms, ACTIO XXI and Meana Green Maura & Co., together with the subsequent preparation obtained in the at the School of Legal Practice (ICASV) and the Port Companies Management Master at Deusto University (2001) entailed the specialization of her career. She also has attended several courses and seminars, among others the Course of P&I Clubs.
Currently Zuberoa defends issues such as administrative sanction proceedings against ships and owners, with extensive experience in the ports of Santander, Bilbao and Pasajes, claims under the contract of carriage by road (CMR / Internal carriage Law), civil and labour claims relating to maritime port business and crew management, management issues related to yachts and marinas, arbitration issues, etc.
During her career Zuberoa has collaborated with several national and international import and export companies, with shipping agents and freight forwarders, with insurance companies, with yachts owners and truck companies, among others, solving all kind of civil, administrative, criminal and labour matters.

Education

She obtaind a Law Degree at the University of Deusto in 2000, a LL.M. Degree in Law and Legal Practice (ICASV, 2006) and she has a Master Degree in Maritime (U. Deusto, 2009).
