Career

Przemysław Furmaga is a partner at CRIDO Legal responsible for developing the M&A team. He has over ten years of experience working in transaction consulting, including implementation of complex M&A projects. He was a negotiator on numerous domestic and cross-border acquisition projects, both for sellers and buyers. He has worked with international corporations, private equity funds and private entrepreneurs. He advises Polish  and foreign entities from key sectors of the economy (including the managmement of the stock exchange). Clients he has advised on transactions include: Wielton S.A., TVN S.A., DENTSU, Agros Nova, Coast2Coast, Cornerstone Partners, InfraVia, Enterprise Investors, PIT-RADWAR S.A., SBB ENERGY S.A., VECTOR S.A., Raisio, Puratos, Westrock. As one of the few Polish lawyers, he advises Polish entrepreneurs on foreign acquisitions (including in Germany, Great Britain, France and Spain), coordinating all transaction processes, including the work of foreign legal advisers. Przemysław also advises on management buyouts (MBO) and corporate disputes. Before joining CRIDO Legal, Przemysław gained professional experience in renowned Polish and international law firms.  For 16 years prior to transferring to CRIDO he was associated with the Domański Zakrzewski Palinka law firm, where for the last 4 years he was a partner in the M&A team. He is a legal advisor and a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw. He is the chairman or member of supervisory boards of several capital companies. He is a speaker on training courses for managerial staff and business owners, incl. in the field of M&A transactions, liability of members of corporate bodies, and holding group relations. He was named in the prestigious rankings of The Legal500 EMEA.
