Career
Jakub is the managing partner at CRIDO Legal, and he has been associated with our legal firm since 2013. He has gained solid experience in transaction advisory services over many years. Jakub has advised sector clients and private equity investment funds on many complex merger and acquisition processes. He has participated in real estate transactions concerning acquisition of companies (share deals) and assets (asset deals), and has also often conducted legal due diligence of companies and enterprises. Jakub has also counselled his clients in respect of transactions on the Polish market as well as cross-border transactions.
