Employment and Labor Relations
Partner, Head of Section
Co-founder of SAGIURE, Rachida began her career as a lawyer in 2002 working at an international law firm with global reach. Rachida helped develop the International Employment Group for the Dutch office and focused on the firm’s major clients and cross border work. Next to offering legal assistance to corporate clients, Rachida has also gained experience in dealings with employee representation bodies such as the works council and trade unions in M&A transactions, restructurings and mass redundancies. Since 2008 Rachida has led and managed a team of associates in servicing multinational clients in all corporate labor matters both contentious and non-contentious. Effective January 2014, Rachida joined forces with her former colleagues and established the niche employment law firm SAGIURE. At SAGIURE Rachida is considered the driving force in the firm’s accomplishments, ambitions and consistent commitment to delivering top quality service.
Her background in International Trade & Company law is a key element of Rachida’s business oriented approach to legal challenges, and her primary goal is to achieve solutions that promote and support the business endeavors of her clients. She acts as a trusted and valued strategic business partner for her clients’ legal and executive teams who value her pragmatic approach and quick grasp of their business models and key objectives.
