Drawing on over 20 years experience focussed on high growth companies and those in, or targeting becoming, Mid-Market businesses Tim’s experience includes technology start ups, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, outsourcings, private equity/debt transactions and, at the end of the business life cycle, exits by sale and/or corporate reconstructions and insolvency. Tim is often called on to support company leadership in advising on corporate governance issues and which commonly involve shareholder and employment issues. Highest profile transaction, acting for Amadeus IT Group on its acquisition of Speedwing from BA including the outsourcing of BA ticketing and freight management systems.

Tim has a well established reputation as a business savvy advisor who uses the law to deliver pragmatic and effective solutions for clients and their other advisors, supporting the legal and commercial challenges companies frequently encounter. His experience includes across a range of sectors where the common denominator is helping clients to focus on setting, and achieving, goals which recognise the importance of growth which adds value to the underlying business.
