Position
Alistair is Partner and a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution Team in Brighton & Hove. He specialises in high value cross-border litigation with a particular focus on and strong knowledge of claims involving wills, trusts and estates where the tracing and recovery of trust assets out of the jurisdiction often plays a pivotal role. Alistair advises on all aspects of claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act 1975.
Alistair works alongside other members of the firm to maintain strong links with colleagues in Europe as part of the firm’s membership to Eurojuris, a leading network of independent law firms with members based in 650 different cities/locations in about 50 countries worldwide.
